So this morning I’ve updated VP and some issue began to happen on my website

for example, the sidebar is getting missed! (see screenshots) how come?

I’m using WP 5.4.1
Working in Google Chrome

You might be better off contacting the developer of your WP theme or posting on a general WP forum. Some members here may be able to help you but I imagine you’d get a better response elsewhere.
