Why doesn't this accept the correct code?

This is what’s in the css file, and it definitely creates a 1px solid bordered around my image. But the interpreter keeps saying “Oops, try again. Did you remember to give your image a 1px solid #4682b4 border?”

The border-width is also sensitive to browser zoom, make sure your browser zoom is set to 100%
