Why doesn't my image show up?

I am old enough not to care!

    Everything else that I have done works, but the image is just that black square with the white x in it. I have tried different images from my computer and the web but it just won't show them. I don't want to just ignore this and move on to other subjects. I want to be able to fix. I have Windows 10 if that makes a difference.

    if you edit/update your question, leave a reply so i get a notification. Your code is not visible, take the following steps to make it visible:

        <!DOCTYPE html>
    		<title>Moodie Foodie</title>
    	    <img src="558011_4252046510544_274269033_n.jpg">
    	    <p>I am old enough not to care! </p>
    	                 <li>and meatballs</li>
    	                 <li>in a bed</li>
    	                 <li>or on a sofa</li>

    images from your computer won't work, unless your computer happened to be configured as a webserver. Images from a website should work (if accessible) and you copy the image location (right click on image -> copy image location)

    I got it to work with a google image. Thank you for your help.

    you are missing a quotation mark (") after .jpg, here is the correct code:

    <img src="https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/0c/GoldenGateBridge-001.jpg" />

    haha yeah thanks i literally just realised that
    thanks for your quick reply!
