Which language do I need to code a camera app for android and sony's flagship cameras like R9

Guys, I joined recently and have 0 experience coding. I need someone to derect me and tell me how to start coding my own camera app from scratch ? (for Android and if possible convert assets to Sony’s A9&A7) What should I start with >? I need a path. Thank you for your time.

Something that support JVM, so Java or Kotlin as language. And then androidSDK to help you with the android part.

I would research Java vs kotlin if i where you, i would find Java a very challenging first language.
