Looks like visual studio code with some little tweaks (like showing the terminal on the right side instead of at bottom/below)

usually people using VS Code because not only small but also powerful like VS 2020. they light because they just text editing, while VS 2020 not only text editing but also compile, build, and debugging on one place. (That’s why it’s called IDE, Integrated Development Environment)

Another light text editor is atom which is made by Github, and also codesandbox.io which is using VS Code built-in on their pages.
