When to while and when to for

#1

I'm having a problem with my syntax merely creating a while and a for loop. Keeps crashing my browser. Can anyone help me out on my problem?
BTW: I am having a very hard time getting to these discussion forums. I often get an error: 502 Bad Gateway.
Then I go to another section of the coure and press discussion again. Is this normal?

var count=true
while(count){
console.log("It's true.");
count=false;
};
for (var i=5; i<10; i++){
console.log(i);
}

The code runs in your browser, so if your code says to run an infinite loop then your browser will make itself very busy, perhaps that's what's happening.

I'm not getting any 500's, but I get here by entering https://discuss.codecademy.com (not through exercises)
