In this CSS rule, you are missing the semicolons:

}

In this CSS rule:

.a {
    color:#00b0ff
  • You are missing the closing curly bracket
  • Using .a means that you have a class name of a, which you don't. Only class names are indicated with a .
  • You want to select the a elements so just use a not .a
  • You also want to limit that selection of a elements to the learn-more div. Model that rule off your .learn-more h3 { ... } rule.
