What's wrong with this code?



original = raw_input('Enter a word:')
word= original.lower()
first= original[0].lower()

second = s[14]

third = word[2]

new_word = original[1:len(original)]
if len(original) > 0 and original.isalpha():
print new_word + first+ pyg
