What's wrong with my code? Trying to use booleans in python

def password(name,password):
  if name=="Shirley" and password=="19950909":
    return ("Hello Shirley. You have the access")
    return ("Who you are. I don't think that I know you")

if __name__ == '__main__':
    name = input("Enter the name:")
    password= input("Enter the password:")
    print (password(name,password))

"wrong" has no meaning until you describe what's currently different from what you want. What's the issue? What information are you missing to fix it?
Also, are you sure you've got the right category for this?
