What's the argument here? My code follows every instruction

The only error message it gives me is that the code shouldn't take any arguments. After saving and submitting the code, I'm sure that there are no syntax errors. Can somebody please tell me what arguments there are in my code?

I expected the lesson to complete and to move on.

def the_flying_circus(answer)
        if answer<5 or 1==1:
                return "True"
        elif answer>5:
                return That is True:
        else:
                return "That is False"

print the_flying_circus(4)

I included an opening quotation in my elif statement. I just missed it when typing it in the forum. Sorry!
