Whats going wrong man ? i just put the instruction as the same as the other ! what the heck is wrong here

Can you elaborate on what you're trying to do and what the error is?

Right now, you have a function that will only return anything if the two choices are a tie. If they don't match, nothing will happen.

You also haven't actually called the function, only created it. What step are you on?

Your problem is that the test function expects a "!" at the end of your returned sentence. But @tagplayer25484 is correct it would help a lot if you could give us some more information about the problem and maybe a title that is shorter but more on topic.
