Hello folks, Could anyone suggest me the personal projects which I can make.
And also now I’m learning JavaScript after some 2 or 3 projects should I proceed with JavaScript frameworks or go for the backend development.

Difficult question, difficult answer. Why? Because we don’t know what your goals are 
Do you want to focus on front-end development? Learn a framework.
React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Backbone.js, Ember, Aurelia…
If you want to do back-end dev, perhaps learn Meteor, Node.js…
As for your personal project: what interests you? What are you absolutely passionate about? If it’s something you love, motivation will come far more easily.
Also, start small. Baby steps. Then build upon the foundation and the skills you’ll have acquired.
