What is wrong with this <a href image code?

The href does not contain an image, it contains an html page.

However, if it did contain an image you would need to use an img tag for it to show.

Thank-you. I am brand new here. First time I had looked at the forum. Been stuck on this for hours. Just started on this HTML 3 days ago. Greatly appreciated.
