What is this syntax?

Hello, while I was searching informations on the web about python, I found this syntax that I never saw:

class idClasses:
    class ID12345:pass
    class ID01234:pass

Is it another way to make child class ( class ID12345, class ID01234) from the parent idClasses?

what you posted is a nested/inner class:

https://www.datacamp.com/community/tutorials/inner-classes-python

not a child class. These two are different things
