I really didn’t understand what is background repeat. I didn’t saw that before. And when I run the code it didn’t work properly. Really I need help with this exercise. I am also confused with overflow which is from another lesson.
background: url("https://s3.amazonaws.com/codecademy-content/courses/web-101/unit-8/htmlcss1-img_bicycles.jpeg") no-repeat top center; background-size: cover; background-attachment: fixed; `` Well I would assume it has something to do background repeat property as stated in your lesson:
You can control how a background image repeats with the background-repeat property. This property can take one of four values:
repeat - the default value — the image will repeat horizontally and vertically. repeat-x - the background image will be repeated only along the x-axis (horizontally). repeat-y - the background image will be repeated only along the y-axis (vertically). no-repeat - the background image will not be repeated at all and will appear only once.
Notice how I used it in mine:
img_bicycles.jpeg") no-repeat top center;
I simply inserted no-repeat into the appropriate area for the desired result
