What is a full case statement?

I know that you can type:

if i < 4
    puts "Test"

But the full notation of that is:

if i < 4 then
    puts "Test"

(I like the second way better because I feel that it adds readability)

Is there something similar to that with case statements? The reason I ask is because I noticed that when I'm writing case statements, they don't auto indent/dedent. Any thoughts?
