"What if choice1 is scissors?" help

#1

My syntax worked until the very end (in the sense that the console output is fine), I have checked in the forum but I don't get which part of my code is wrong :disappointed_relieved:

After I successfully complete the game, I get this exact message: Oops, try again. Your code returned 'scissor wins' instead of 'undefined' when the inputs are scissors and paper

var userChoice = prompt("Do you choose rock, paper or scissors?");
var computerChoice = Math.random();
if (computerChoice < 0.34) {
	computerChoice = "rock";
} else if(computerChoice <= 0.67) {
	computerChoice = "paper";
} else {
	computerChoice = "scissors";
} console.log("Computer: " + computerChoice);

compare = function(choice1,choice2){
    if(choice1 == choice2){
        return "The result is a tie!";
    }
    else if(choice1 == "rock"){
        if(choice2 === "scissors"){
            return "rock wins";}
            else {return "paper wins";}
    }
        else if(choice1 === "paper"){
            if(choice2 === "rock"){
                return "paper wins";}
                else {return "scissors wins";}}
        else if(choice1 == "scissors"){
        if(choice2 === "rock"){
            return "rock wins";}
            else {return "scissor wins";}}
}

compare(userChoice,computerChoice)

Thanks for the help!

The author may have chosen to delay the last step to catch people who are pasting in code from the forums. This happens a lot on this lesson. Notice that the last step doesn't come till the next lesson?
