What does this mean "the_flying_circus should not take any arguments"?

def the_flying_circus(z):
    if z==4:
        return 'H'
    elif z==5:
        return 'I'
    elif  z==6:
        return 'N'
    elif z==7:
        return 'D'
    else :
        return True
print the_flying_circus(4)
print the_flying_circus(5)
print the_flying_circus(6)
print the_flying_circus(7)
print the_flying_circus(8)

It means the function will have no parameters:

def the_flying_circus():

print the_flying_circus()

Reread the instructions and be sure your function returns True.
