What is each row supposed to represent? There are some duplicate rows and also some rows with the same scientific name and park name but different number of observations. Does this mean the number of organisms of that species in a park changed each time they made an observation?
Are we supposed to treat the latest(highest index) observation of a species as the most up to date count of it?
Or does this mean that the total number of organisms of a species in a park is the aggregate sum of all the observations?
EDIT: After some time I think I’ve figured it out: Since the quantity changes each time they observed, I would do well to use the aggregate mean of the observations
