What do you think of this "Road Map?"

This one stood out to me because it shows PHP and MySQL before JS &
jquery. Most resources say that it's best to learn JavaScript first.
I've been working with JavaScript for about two months now and have the
basic concepts down, having a hard time applying it to anything
practical though. Would checking out PHP and MySQL be a good idea or is
this road map out of date and/or inaccurate? I appreciate you taking the time
to read this and any responses that I get
