What are the differences between the main and body elements in an HTML document?
I’m confused because in the section it seems like you can nest similar elements within main as you would in body. Now, I’m not sure when I should use main or body in an HTML document?

Are these interchangeable?

The main element is generally used inside the body element, so I guess they are not interchangeable.
Online, it says that a body element is “required” whereas a main element is not.
