Vs-code not loading extension pages (Error loading webview...)

After I installed visual studio code Version: 1.74.1 (Universal) on my Macbook it didn’t load some pages of several extensions. When I try to open an extension page I get the Error: Error loading webview: Error: Could not register service workers: InvalidStateError: Failed to register a ServiceWorker: The document is in an invalid state…

I have tried to close a reopen the program. Tried different versions of visual studio code and used this command in the command line: rm -rf ~/.config/Code/Cache

Is there someone who knows a solution for this error?

My Problem is SOLVED
Recently I got the advice to restart my MacBook. It did the trick. After the restart of my MacBook all my extension pages are loading again. It had something to do with the new M1 chip.
