there is the css and html coding for the solution, my vsc will not render it, when i debug and launch it shows a dead browser. This has made me keep thinking I was not coding right when attempting to do it myself so i downloaded the provided solution with the same results, any suggestions? I am very very very new at this.

Don’t you even see the html - without styles applied to it? Nothing? How do you open your html file?

it is on line 5 in the html

and on the app i run debug and have it set to open microsoft edge and i’m not sure if the launch settings is what is messed up.

What is on line 5? And what do you see in the browser? Nothing? What do you see if you drag the file in a browser window?

if i open just the file it loads the whole website, if i hit run it won’t show anything or it fails to load. I’m pretty sure my node.js file is just messed up and it uses a launch.json and i’m pretty sure i just have that messed up, not sure how to fix it as i attempt to attach the browser and launch on it but nothing is working.
