Vacation Bugs Pass Code

#1

This passed the tutorial though without the line

print dollahs

it failed saying that the amount 600 did not print. I think there may be either a type error in the tutorial checker or the math is off as 600 is the amount of the spending money, not the total cost.

Did I miss something?

def hotel_cost(nights):
print 140 * nights
return 140 * nights

def plane_ride_cost(city):

if city == "Charlotte":
    return 183

elif city == "Tampa":
    return 220

elif city == "Pittsburgh":
    return 222

if city == "Los Angeles":

    cityCost = 475
    return cityCost

def rental_car_cost(days):

rental_subtotal = 40 * days

if days >= 7:
    return rental_subtotal - 50

elif days >=3:
    return rental_subtotal - 20

else:
    return rental_subtotal

def extras(spending_money):

dollahs = spending_money
print dollahs
return dollahs

def trip_cost(city, days, spending_money):

totalCost =  rental_car_cost(days) and hotel_cost(days) and  plane_ride_cost(city) and extras(spending_money)

return totalCost

print trip_cost("Los_Angeles",5,600)

Replace this line with your code.

Replace these with + so everything adds up.
