Did you do the project off-platform in Jupyter Notebook or Colab?
You can create a new repository and upload your files that way.

Do you mean uploading the project from Jupyter to GitHub ? If yes, ok but how…?
I’m new also with GitHub and I have not learnt it yet…
Go to your GitHub profile and click on “repositories”, “new”, create your new repository and then you can upload your jupyter notebook file (.ipynb).
