Unfair payment

I just wanted you to know that I am very dissapointed about the automatic subscription and the way the money was taken from me without receiving even an INVOICE. This is completely unfair for me, to use the site for just one month and the subscription to continue for 15 months without any notification, the only payment notification I have received was only when there were no more money on the card for your site to receive.

This is really unfair and I think the site is designed this way on porpuse, hoping the clients to forget or to not notice the automatic update of the subscription. This is not normal in a civilized country.

If you would like a refund, go ahead and contact the help desk. They’ll help you receive the information you need to get a refund on the payment you didn’t want to make.
