Unable to Connect with Pro Account

I signed up for Codecademy Pro yesterday and I am unable to connect to codecademy to do the exercises.

This problem only exists with my Pro account, if I sign in with another account I have no problem connecting and I can do all the exercises. I have tried multiple browsers, I have rebooted my machine and I have even tried logging in on another device and the issue persists.

I submitted a help request yesterday but have only received the automated response so I was hoping to get some feedback here.

i bought pro for a year and after 2 monthes it disapeerd
