Two Problems in One Code

I have two problems;
1, the font size isn’t changing and when I try to get past, it won’t let me because of some weird ‘decimal number’ that I’m supposedly using, and
2, the title isn’t showing up. Any help, plz?

Ok, I now understand the title, but what about the font size? By the way, thanks!

Check your browser zoom. Browser zoom effects the font size
Make sure you’re not accidentally zoomed in/out? (ctrl+0 or cmd+0 to reset)
