Trouble with Conditionals

What am I doing wrong? I think I'm missing something very basic and fundamental.

Write an if statement in the_flying_circus(). It must include:

if, elif, and else statements;
At least one of and, or, or not;
A comparator (==, !=, <, <=, >, or >=);
Finally, the_flying_circus() must return True when evaluated.
Don't forget to include a : after your if statements!

My Code

Make sure that the_flying_circus() returns True

def the_flying_circus():
if the_flying_circus():
return True
elif a_flying_circus():
False or False
print "Nothing"
print 2**3 != 4**10

should be

if ___boolean expresion__ :
return ___
elif __boolean expression __:
return ___
return ___

you should fill in the blanks and make sure it returns True in the end
use != , or another comparator as part of your boolean expression (same with and, or, and not)
you don't actually have to print anything
