Trivial question about *** in code

In one of the guides for Classes (School Catalog in this instance), the programmer hides the class code as three dots within two curly brackets. How is this done and what is happening exactly?

He merely collapsed the code lines into “one”. Try it yourself when you made a function and then press on the small triangle next to the line number  .

Pressing the triangle again will decollaps the code.

This feature is only there to aid in reading code.

Thanks.

Not sure if he moused over it in the video, so I didn’t notice. Is there a hotkey?
