So, apparetly you can't display words without using puts or print?
puts my_name = "Denis"
my_age = 21

this works, while

my_name = "Denis"
my_age = 21

name won-t display

Was it explained somewhere?

Hi Nyanoverlord,

puts is just a Ruby command to print something out. Unless you print my_name some other way, it won't get shown.
I'm not sure if it was explained in the course or not, but variables are for storing data. Not printing data or anything else, - although you can print a variable - they're just for storing the data.

Does that help?
