Neo10Ten Github - Recommendation Software
The software runs in the terminal and takes user input to show a list of given top tens for selected genre, along with blurbs if wanted.

Instructions
- Run script in terminal to start software and follow prompts for user input.
About
- This software is designed to take user input and return a top ten list for a particular genre of webtoons.
- After returning list, it will prompt users for input again to show blurb for a selected webtoon from the top ten list.
- The programme will then loop, taking user input for other top ten choices, or for a new genre selection.
- This process continues until user wants no more suggestions or blurbs.
