# This code is giving me "Oops, that's not even in the ocean." no matter what I type. Even if both values are below 5 but above 0 like 3. Why?

Turns out I made a mistake in the Boolean operators.
The guess_row or guess coll with always != due to the fact that it will never the range. I was testing for it being the range not in the range.
The correct way is "not in". Now this fixed the problem.
