They're saying my paragraphs are empty?

I have tried everything and I am really confused about why I am not allowed to move on... is there like a word limit or something? It keeps saying:
Oops, try again. No empty p tags! Make sure to write a bit about yourself in all three paragraphs
I hope someone can see the problem..

Put your title tags inside your head tags.

and in your second paragraph opening <P> is capital
should be small <p>
