You're missing a } between your first else and second else if. (You'll also need to remove one from the end of your code to keep { and } balanced.)

Don't forget the return before "scissors wins" either!

You have a lot of semicolons outside of your code blocks as well. Those are going to disrupt the flow of your else if and if statements. You may find this link useful:
