The story heats up problem

See any problem?
// Check if the user is ready to play!
confirm("you must be 13 to get in");
console.log("You are at a Justin Bieber concert, and you hear this lyric 'Lace my shoes off, start racing.'");
var age = "13"
prompt("What is your age?");
if (13) {
    // code code code
} else {
 console.log("You cannot play this game");
console.log("Suddenly, Bieber stops and says, 'Who wants to race me?'");
prompt("Do you want to race Bieber on stage?");
var userAnswer = "yes"
prompt("what is your level?");
if (20)
    console.log("You are the highest level!")
    console.log("You cant do that yet!")

Missing curly brackets here.

It says that is fine it keeps saying "Did you forget to put the yes answer option?" and im thinking where?

if(userAnswer === "yes"){
    console.log("You and Bieber start racing. It's neck and neck! You win by a shoelace!")}
    else { console.log("Oh no! Bieber shakes his head and sings 'I set a pace, so I can race without pacing.'")}

You need to use more than one equal sign here. And I believe you must use the text that is given to you in the exercise.

Thank you. Appreciated.
