The_flying_circus should not take any arguments

Hello!

I just have a question, I get this message which I cannot understand well.

It says "the_flying_circus should not take any arguments"

# Make sure that the_flying_circus() returns True
def the_flying_circus(ans):
    if ans < 101: # Start coding here!
        return True # Don't forget to indent
        # the code inside this block!
    elif  ans> 101:
        return False # Keep going here.
    else: # You'll want to add the else statement, too!
        return False

print the_flying_circus(90)
print the_flying_circus(101)
print the_flying_circus(201)

the_flying_circus() doesn't need to take arguments.
the instructions only want random booleans to satisfy the conditions:
"At least one of and, or, or not; a comparator, and finally the_flying_circus() must return True when evaluated."

def the_flying_circus():
    if "a" == "a":    # Start coding here!
        return True
    elif "b" > "b" and "a" == "a":
        return False
    else:
        return False
