The Css Selectors thing

#1

How to I fix this?

*{
border-color:#3A5FCD;
border-style:1px dashed;
}

The directions are...
Go ahead and use the universal selector to put a 1px dashed #3A5FCD border around every element on the page. See how each element looks like it's in its own box on the page? This is part of the HTML/CSS "box model," which we'll cover in the next lesson.

#2

there are two proper ways to define borders:

border-width: 2px;
border-style: solid;
border-color: red;

or with the border property:

border: 2px solid red;

yours isn't really one of the two ways (border-style) can only have on value

#3

Ok thank you so it should be
*{
border-color:#3A5FCD;
border-style: dashed;
border-width: 1px
}
right?

#4

yea, it should be. Or just a one line with the border property.

#5

I believe you missed a semi-colon " ; " at the end of the border-width property.

border-width: 1px /* semi colon to the end of this line.*/

#6

is the last property + value, so a semi-colon is optional. But yes, i would still use a semi-colon
