the_flying_circus() returned the value None, did you forget to add a return statement?

def the_flying_circus():
    if 5 >= 5:
        print "I'm the one!" and "Dog" == "Duck"
        # the code inside this block!
    elif 5 < 5:
       print "No! I'm the one!"
    else:
        return True
        # You'll want to add the else statement, too

Change that print to return so there is no output, and == to !=. This will return True, which is what the exercise expects.

Dress up the rest of your code so that all the required elements are used, but the above line is sufficient to get the desired return.

if/elif/else
comparison operators
logical operators

return True
