The Big If - 'the_flying_circus'

It behaves correctly, but the exercise won't let me proceed.

# Make sure that the_flying_circus() returns True
def the_flying_circus(i):
    if i==10 and i!=11:
        return True
    elif i>10:
        return False
        return 0

print the_flying_circus(10)

For this particular exercise, we would prefer you not use function parameters.

But to clarify, this function DOES work correctly?

How can I adjust the code to operate as intended?

Simply put, make a function without parameters that meet the guidelines given in the instructions.

I got this one to work and let me go ahead:

Thanks for the advice!
