Well, where to start? The indent of your code doesn't look so good, maybe a copy paste mistake or you need to re-indent your code.
first of, this line:

Year==365

you do a comparison here, i would assign a value of 365 to the variable Year, so i would use a single equal sign. next problem:

print:“True”

why is there a colon after print? No need. And are also not needed, True is a Boolean value, remove the . Next problem:

elif: Y>365:

why is there a colon after elif? There should be a colon at the end of the line (which there is), but a colon after elif is just faulty syntax.

which i don't see in your code, add it
