The Big If Lesson: little bit confused [SOLVED]

I'm lost on what this lesson is trying to accomplish. I did all everything and seems like I passed.
However, what does it mean when it ask "the_flying_circus() must return True when evaluated"

if, elif, and else statements;
At least one of and, or, or not;
A comparator (==, !=, <, <=, >, or >=);
Finally, the_flying_circus() must return True when evaluated.

def the_flying_circus():
    if 3 > 2 and 2 >= 2:
        return True
        # the code inside this block!
    elif 3 < 2 or 4 != 3:
        return "nothing"
        # You'll want to add the else statement, too!
        print "What is going on?"

When the function is called, the return value needs to be True to satisfy the lesson check. Your function does that as you've followed the directions. Nothing really to prove here.
