Hi try to remove the " " around the word original its should be like this len(original)

its could be a indent problem try that.

Here you're supposed to get the lenght of the value you got as an input from the user, not the lenght of the name "original".
Simply remove the double quotes, " "

Also, make sure you indent your code which is:

#This is just an example of an indented code
if condition1:
   Do something
else:
   Do something else

The code above is indented and that's how it should be.
