Can someone help me find the error? Thanks!

var user = prompt("You are walking down the street, when suddenly, you are jumped by two burly gentlemen. You can either fight, pay or run away from the muggers. What will you do?").toLowerCase();

switch(user) {
    case "fight":
        confirm("You punch one of the muggers in the face and knock him out! Great job! Suddenly, the second one pulls out a gun and... you know the rest. Game over.");
        break;
    case "pay":
        if ("pay" && "fight" === user) {
            confirm("You pretend to give the money and try to fight them! However, they have a gun and you die.");
        } else {
            confirm("You tell the muggers you'll give them everything you have. You pull out your wallet and give it the muggers. Hey, you're twenty dollars poorer, but at least you're alive!");
        } break;
    case "run":
        if ("run" || "pay" === user) {
            confirm("You turn around and bolt. You have a headstart, but unlucky for you, one of the muggers has a gun. Game over.");
        } else {
            confirm("You tell the muggers you'll give them everything you have. You pull out your wallet and give it the muggers. Hey, you're twenty dollars poorer, but at least you're alive!");
        break;
    default:
        confirm("The muggers can't understand your answer! They shoot you and take your money. Game over.");
        break;
}
