Syntax Error

I am confused to myself as to why this does not work, as I have done coding with other languages.

here is my code I would love to know why this simple does not work:

var sleepCheck = function(numHours) {
if(numHours >= 8) {
return "You're getting plenty of sleep! Maybey even too much!";
}
else {
return "Get some more shut eye!";
};
}
console.log(sleepCheck(10))
console.log(sleepCheck(5))
console.log(sleepCheck(8))

Seems to be ok. Only the semicolons after else might be a problem. What is the your error message? Unfortunately here the most common error is that the messages don't match with the expected once so a bit of copy and paste might help.
