Subscription payment declined

Hi, I am trying to make a monthly subscription, but it gives me an error “Please check that you have provided the correct card information. If the problem persists, contact your bank.” Note that I have started a 7-day trial on 22th of that month, changed the plan to 6-month and then canceled the subscription without getting charged. In addition, I checked that I have funds into my cards and I tried two different cards from a different bank to pay plus Paypal. Nothing works. In addition I made a payment with one of my cards yesterday with no problems. Does anyone knows what is going on?

Payment/subscription issues aren’t something that can be sorted out on the forums, unfortunately.

If you go to the Help centre you can open a ticket by clicking the Contact Us button at the top of the page, and someone with the appropriate know-how will get back to you. :slight_smile:
