Stuck on Div Wrap!

#1

Can someone please give me some tips on where I'm going wrong on this? Nearly at the end of the exercise but still stuck!

You have things just a little bit mixed up there. You may want to try looking back over a couple of the previous exercises to make sure that you get things in the expected order.

Keeping your matching open/close tags at the same indent level will help you see what you are building.

Here is the overall plan that you are aiming for:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <body>

    <div class="nav">
      <div class="container">
      ... your nav code goes in here
      </div>
    </div>

    <div class="jumbotron">
      <div class="container">
      ... your jumbotron code goes in here
      </div>
    </div>

    <div class="learn-more">
      <div class="container">
        ... your learn-more code goes in here
      </div>
    </div>

  </body>
</html>

Thanks for your help. I've gone through with a fine tooth comb, step by step through each instruction. I don't understand what I'm missing?

<html>
  <body>
  <div class="nav">
    <div class="container">
	<ul>
	<li>Karena Weiss</li>
	<li>Browse</li>
	</ul>
    <ul>
	<li>Sign Up</li>
	<li>Log In</li>
	<li>Help</li>
	</ul>
	</div>
	</div>
	<div class="jumbotron">
  <div class="container">
	<h1> Find a Place to Stay </h1>
	<p> Rent from people in over 34,000 cities and 192 countries </p>
	</div>
	<div>
	<div class="learn-more">
	<div class="container">
	<h3> Travel </h3>

Here you have an opening div instead of a closing /div:

Here, your Travel content is missing its opening tag and it has an unexpected closing tag in the middle:

Here, you have an unexpected, second set of learn-more/container divs and an unexpected closing /div in the middle of the Trust content:

See how far you get after you fix those up.

Thanks so much for responding. I've just done this and still get the error message saying try again. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Your jumbotron div is missing its closing tag:

In your Travel section, you have a stray </div> tag

Between Host and Trust, you have a stray <div> tag

And finally, your learn-more div doesn't have a closing /div tag.
