I'm stuck on 4.7 I enter my code: git remote add origin https://github.com/USERNAME/REPO NAME.github.io.git (I use my own username and repo name) and get this msg: fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git I'm sure it is a simple fix that I am missing but did I make the mistake on entering the code or is there an issue on Github. Thanks!
Change directory to your repository
I am stuck as well. I am entering: git remote add origin https://github.com/mabradshaw/moaustell11.github.io.git and I have tried three different new repositories on github, and nothing seems to work. When I submit it looks like it's processing, sometimes there is a response, and sometimes it does nothing at all, and leaves no error message underneath. If someone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
