Stuck in lesson 26

#1

It keeps saying: Oops, try again.
Did you remember to put some link text between your tags? You can't leave them empty!

My code:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
    <head>
        <title>Result</title>
        <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="stylesheet.css" />
    </head>
    <body>
    <h1>
    Blabla
    </h1>
    <a href="https://www.google.com">text</a>
    <p>
    awdiowaidjwoaih
    </p>
    <img src="https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/a6/ef/15/a6ef15ff2c3ee90110b357ec3d3f57a9.jpg" />
    </body>
</html>

and
h1
{
font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;
color: #576D94;
}
p{
font-size: 18px;
color: #4A4943;
font-family: Garamond, serif;
}
img {
height: 100px;
width: 300px;
border: 1px solid #4682b4;
}
a {
text-decoration: none;
color: #cc0000;
}

#2

You forgot to close off the first link tag.

#3

exactly where? It looks like it is closed

#4

Look closely at the link tags the first one is not closed with a >.

#5

You mean here?

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="stylesheet.css" />

it is closed

#6

tried the same code in another browser that fixed it...

#7

Sorry I meant the anchor tags

#8

@tvkiki I had the same error warning as yours. There was nothing wrong in my code, and that was puzzling. The (weird) reason behind that seems to be that I was running the code using Firefox as browser. When I switched to Chrome there was no problem at all!
