Stuck at Learn HTML and CSS Part I - Review: CSS Setup

I can't link the style.css. I tried placing forward slash (/) before the style.css, I even tried removing the other link tag but nothing works. What's the exact href for the style.css file?

<!DOCTYPE html>
    <link href=',300,500,100' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
     <link href='style.css' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
    <div class="header">
      <div class="container">
        <h1>Innovation Cloud</h1>
        <p>Connect your ideas globally</p>
        <a class="btn" href="#">Learn More</a>

    <div class="nav">
      <div class="container">

    <div class="main">
      <div class="container">
        <img src="" height="128" width="196">
        <h2>The Innovation Cloud Conference</h2>
        <p>Connect with the best minds across a wide range of industries to share ideas and brainstorm new solutions to challenging problems.</p>
        <p>Hear industry leaders talk about what worked (and what didn't) so that you can save time on your most challenging projects.</p>
        <p>Learn about the latest research and technologies that you can use immediately to invent the future.</p>

    <div class="jumbotron">
      <div class="container">
        <h2>Stay Connected</h2>
        <p>Receive weekly insights from industry insiders.</p>
        <a class="btn" href="#">Join</a>

    <div class="footer">
      <div class="container">
        <p>&copy; Innovation Cloud Conference</p>

Link a file called style.css to index.html. The attributes should be set in the following order: href, type, rel.

<link href='style.css' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>

On Codecademy, such details matter.
Read the instructions carefully and you should be just fine!

Oh I didn't not know that it should be that precise. Thanks!

But I have another issue. When I opened up that exercise again, I saw this.....

I tried refreshing and logging in/out but nothing works. Is the problem in my end or the site?

Oh never suddenly went back to normal. Must have been a glitch or something. Thanks again.
